- 90 minute consultation. Becoming good friends with you is a huge component to my coaching that is unique. The better I know you, the better we will work together.
- Creative and day-to-day flexible training plan, designed specifically around your busy life, with your goals and the end result in mind.
- Unlimited communication: 7-days a week: Text, email, phone, in-person.
- Once a month, in-person 1-on-1 training ride. Skills and/or efforts.
- Twice weekly analysis of power files, heart rate files, and/or GPS training files.
- Nutritional Consulting: Twice, every six months.
- Develop techniques that will change the way you ride your bike - forever. Learn unique mental and physical strategies for optimal performance.
