- Once a month, in-person 1-on-1 training ride. Skills and/or efforts.
- Twice weekly analysis of power files, heart rate files, and/or GPS training files.
- Nutritional Consulting: Twice, every six months.
- Develop techniques that will change the way you ride your bike - forever. Learn unique mental and physical strategies for optimal performance.
- 90 minute consultation. I can't wait to know you better, learn about your goals, and creatively develop a program that fits your busy life.
